Terms and Conditions for Booking B & G Feedz going into 2025

Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount will be discussed at the time of booking and must be paid within 7 days to secure your event date.
If you need to cancel or postpone your event, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the event, before our services begin. We accept cash, credit card, and bank transfers.
Final menu selections must be confirmed at least 2 days before the event. Changes made after this period may result in additional charges.
Yes, we do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can make the necessary arrangements.
In cases of extreme weather or other emergencies beyond our control, B & G Feedz reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. If this happens, we will provide a full refund of your deposit.
